Terms of Service

These product-specific terms describe the Website Migration Cutover Auditor. Creem also supplies buyer terms at checkout as the merchant of record.

1. The service

For the displayed one-time price, the service analyzes one supported set of customer-supplied CSV files and returns a browser preview, a readable report, an exceptions CSV, and a ZIP containing the downloadable deliverables.

2. Supported use

You must have the right to upload the files. Do not upload credentials, production databases, private customer records, unlawful material, or files outside the documented format. Each uploaded file must be no larger than 10 MB.

3. Product boundary

The service checks only the supplied files. It does not visit or modify websites, implement redirects, check analytics, certify search rankings, or monitor a migration. The report supports a launch decision but is not a guarantee of traffic, rankings, revenue, or a trouble-free launch.

4. Delivery and availability

Normal delivery is automated in the browser after a supported upload. Private result links become unavailable 15 minutes after creation, so you are responsible for downloading the deliverables promptly. Temporary unavailability may occur during maintenance or a provider outage.

5. Price, taxes, and payment

The product price is $49 for one website migration audit. It is not a subscription. Creem is the merchant of record and may calculate taxes according to the buyer's location.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Requests must be sent to support@cutoverauditor.com. Refunds for Creem transactions are processed through Creem.

7. Responsibility

You remain responsible for reviewing the report and deciding whether and how to launch. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise that it will detect every migration issue represented in or absent from the supplied files.
