Terms of Service

Mabeya Utilities provides Website Migration Cutover Auditor. These product terms apply alongside Creem’s buyer terms and applicable consumer rights.

What you buy

$49 for one supported website migration file comparison, with a report, exceptions CSV and ZIP. No subscription. Taxes may be added at checkout. Creem handles checkout as merchant of record.

Use and download windows

Use your purchase for one audit within 30 days of our first verified payment confirmation. We show the exact deadline before upload. Your report and downloads remain available for 7 days after the audit completes, even if you use your purchase near its deadline. Days mean elapsed 24-hour periods; deadlines are shown in UTC. Download and keep your own copies.

Supported input and scope

You must have authority to use the files. Follow the file guide and size limits. Do not include passwords, access tokens, customer records or sensitive personal information in URLs or exports. The tool compares supplied files; it does not crawl or change websites, implement redirects, monitor your launch or guarantee search rankings or traffic.

Rejected input and one-audit use

A rejected or failed analysis does not use up the purchase. Correct the input and retry within the use window. Once a report is successfully created, the purchase has been used. Reopening or recovering it does not create another audit.

Lost access and service incidents

Keep your private recovery code in a password manager. Recovery replaces the previous code and signs out the old browser; it does not extend either deadline or restore expired reports. If both the code and browser session are lost, contact support with your order reference before paying again. During a recovery incident we may hold access while checking delivery history; payment status alone cannot prove whether an audit was already used. If a service failure prevents the promised delivery, we will address it under our refund policy.

Availability and responsibility

Maintenance or provider failures may interrupt access. Review findings before acting; you remain responsible for website changes and launch decisions. No limitation here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
