Privacy Policy

The service is designed around short-lived file processing. This page distinguishes raw uploads from derived results and payment records.

1. Data you provide

The service receives the old-site crawl CSV, new or staging crawl CSV, and optional redirect-map CSV that you choose to upload. Support messages may contain the contact details and information you send voluntarily.

2. How files are processed

Raw uploads are processed in a temporary workspace and removed before the private result job is created. The service does not place raw uploads in the result store.

3. Derived results

The generated findings, report, exceptions CSV, and ZIP are held in process memory behind an unguessable job address. They become unavailable 15 minutes after creation. Expiry describes access availability; it is not a claim about forensic memory erasure.

4. Logs

Application request logs record operational information such as the route and response status. Job identifiers, query values, entitlement headers, and upload contents are redacted or excluded from those logs.

5. Payments

Creem acts as merchant of record for checkout and handles payment, invoicing, applicable tax, refund, and dispute data under its own terms and privacy policy. This service does not receive or store full card details.

6. Accounts, cookies, and analytics

The first version does not require a product account and does not use advertising trackers. Essential provider or hosting controls may be added when needed for secure delivery and will be documented here before use.

7. Your choices

Do not upload a file if you do not have authority to use it. For a privacy question or request about information sent through support, contact support@cutoverauditor.com. Payment-record requests may also need to be handled by Creem.

8. Changes

Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new update date before the changed handling applies to new uploads.
